Description

Latin Grammy Award-winning artist, author and educator, Ben Gundersheimer (MISTER G), will lead an interactive, bilingual family workshop to share his secrets for transforming songs into stories. MISTER G will be reading from his books, “Señorita Mariposa,” “We’ll Make Things Better Together” and “How Many Squirrels Are in the World?” and, joined by MISSUS G (Katherine Jamieson), performing the original songs that inspired them. Come ready to sing and dance!

Short Biography of Ben Gundersheimer (MISTER G)

Ben Gundersheimer, M.Ed (MISTER G) is a Latin Grammy Award-winning artist, author and educator. Hailed as “a bilingual rock star” by The Washington Post, Ben has released 14 albums and four children’s books (Penguin Random House) based on his original songs. Throughout his career the two crafts have intertwined, propelling him as a performer and author. Whether writing in English, Spanish or Hebrew, Ben uses songs and stories as a unifying tool to build bridges between cultures and people.
