GBF 10th Anniversary Concert

On GBF day, STAY and CELEBRATE with us! We’re having a special 10th anniversary concert by Erin Willett. You may remember Erin as a contestant on Season 2 of The Voice. If you haven’t seen her perform live, you’re in for a treat. She’s fantastic!

The performance will take place at the Marvin Gaye Pavilion stage at 5pm. There will be food and drink for sale in the immediate vicinity, including beer and wine, from our partner Dawson’s Market as well as other food vendors. So, please do plan to finish off your GBF day with some great music and a toast to our wonderful community.

Here’s Erin Willett’s bio

Born and raised in Gaithersburg, Md., Erin Willett has always embodied joy when in front of an audience. From Gaithersburg High School “Class Clown” (Class of 2007) to her national television debut on Season 2 of The Voice, Erin always remembers where she comes from and is so excited to make a return to her hometown for The Gaithersburg Book Festival’s 10th Anniversary! Erin inspired millions on Season 17 of The Biggest Loser, dropping 87 lbs., and is an Influencer of Hope for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Her song, “Hope’s Alive,” is the organization’s Anthem of Hope and all sales go back to PanCAN. erinwillett.com
